This 12-week educational group covers various topics on recovering from abusive relationships. You must pre-register for this group. If you are interested, please complete the form by clicking on the link below and you will be contacted by one of our Unbroken counselors. This group can not be joined on the fly.
Unbroken is a safe space to come unravel, confront and heal from trauma and/or relational violence of any kind. This 12-week group deals with a different topic related to recovery from violence each week. All attendees are contacted prior to group starting by filling out the attached form.
Drop the Rock A practical guide to letting go of the character defects that get in the way of true and joyful recovery. Resentment. Fear. Self-Pity. Intolerance. Anger. As Bill P. explains, these are the "rocks" that can sink recovery--or at the least, block further progress. Based on the principles behind Steps Six and Seven, Drop the Rock combines personal stories, practical advice, and powerful insights to help readers move forward in recovery.
