Reiki is an energetic form of healing. Accompanied by a sound bath, Reiki balances our bodies and aligns our chakras through energy and resonance. Join Cortnie in person or virtually. (It is not safe for any person with a pacemaker to attend Reiki Sessions. People with Diabetes should monitor their blood sugars closely as Reiki can affect blood sugar levels. Starting September 8th! Join Michelle and Kimberly as they explore the story of comedian and actor Russell Brand. Russell shares his story with addiction and his own personal journey through the 12 steps. Dive deep into reflection and understanding of your own journey. Please be prepared for some f-bombs and a little bit of vulgar healing. Meeting every Sunday on Zoom at 9:00 am. Due to the complexity and participant requests, this group has been extended until 10/27.
