Reiki is an energetic form of healing. Accompanied by a sound bath, Reiki balances our bodies and aligns our chakras through energy and resonance. Join Cortnie in person or virtually. (It is not safe for any person with a pacemaker to attend Reiki Sessions. People with Diabetes should monitor their blood sugars closely as Reiki can affect blood sugar levels. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a doctor.)

Doors open @ 7pm Performances start @ 7:30pm We welcome all artistic performances. You will be allotted 5 minutes perform to a loving, supportive audience. This group will meet every 1st and 3rd Saturday for 12 sessions at the Glenwood Springs Library form 11am-1pm MST. This group is for women only and requires registration. Grow from past trauma and recover from intimate relationships in this education based group.
