As a daughter whose parents struggled with addiction, recovery has been a vital part of Mackenzie’s life for 14 years. For the last 5 years, she has experienced the joy of having two parents in recovery and gets to see that overflow into others! Mackenzie has been working in the background of HardBeauty since its creation. She’s had few roles including events committee chair and boutique manager.
Mackenzie is now the Executive Assistant to her mother & CEO, Racquel Garcia. Supporting the leadership team and coaches of HardBeauty has allowed her to watch HardBeauty blossom into what it is today!
